Returns & Exchanges
At Status, we stand behind the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all original purchases. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Status account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Device
Perform a factory reset to remove all personal data and pack the device securely in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and components are included.
- 3.Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
- 4.Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our technicians verify the device condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
